When we make Corn & Soy Free boneless skinless chicken breast we, naturally, remove the breast skin. We use the breast skin to make what we call “chicken bacon” which is a favorite in our house! Just a little salt and pepper on a cookie sheet in the oven at 400 degrees and you have a wonderful snack or addition to a meal. (NOTE: Convection ovens or air fryers speed up this process tremendously!)
