1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
------------------------------

Welcome to Pastured Life Farm, LLC ("Company," "Pastured Life Farm," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a Florida limited liability company located at 6944 210th Place, O'Brien, FL 32071, owned and operated by Dave and Ginger Shields.

By accessing or using our website at pasturedlife.com (the "Site"), creating an account, placing an order, signing up for our newsletter, signing up for our SMS messages, attending an on-farm pickup or home delivery, or otherwise using any related services, tools, or functionalities (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms govern your relationship with Pastured Life Farm, LLC regarding your access to and use of our pasture-raised meats, eggs, A2 dairy, and related offerings (collectively, the "Products"), our pickup and delivery operations, our newsletter and SMS programs, and our consulting and educational sub-businesses. By placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND OFFERINGS
----------------------------------

Pastured Life Farm produces and sells pasture-raised foods we raise on our farm in O'Brien, Florida. We currently offer:

Retail Products. Pastured eggs, pasture-raised chicken (including Non-GMO and corn-and-soy-free batches), pasture-raised duck, pasture-raised turkey (including Thanksgiving pre-order), zero-grain grass-fed beef, heritage-breed forest-raised pork, grass-fed A2 milk and dairy, bones and organs, and seasonal specialty and heritage meats. Product availability rotates with our growing, harvest, and processing seasons.

Pickup and Home Delivery. We serve customers in Northeast and Central Florida through three channels:
• On-farm pickup at our farm in O'Brien, Florida, scheduled in advance.
• Public pickup locations published on pasturedlife.com/pickup-locations. Our current network includes Hoby's Honey and General Store in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville and additional drops we operate or update from time to time. Always check the live pickup-locations page for the current list and schedule.
• Home delivery for qualifying ZIP codes within our service area. Eligibility is determined at the time you create an account by entering your ZIP code on the Site.

We do not ship our Products outside of our local delivery area. We do not currently offer common-carrier shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for any of our Products.

Pastured Farm Consulting. Paid hourly and daily consulting offered globally to aspiring and scaling farmers, with rates and booking information published at pasturedlife.com/pastured-farm-consulting.

Farmer Resources. A free, open-source library of equipment recommendations, supplier references, and DIY structure designs published at pasturedlife.com/farmer-resources for the benefit of fellow farmers.

We reserve the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or Products at any time, with or without notice. Inventory varies by season, weather, and harvest cycle.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND ELIGIBILITY

You may browse certain public areas of the Site without an account. To place an order, view pickup locations, or check home-delivery eligibility, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the Services you represent that you are 18 or older, or that you are using the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
-------------------------------

Prices. Product prices are listed on the Site or communicated to you at the time of order. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep pricing accurate, but in the event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and refund any amount paid.

Pickup and Delivery Fees. Some pickup locations or home-delivery routes carry an associated fee. Any such fee is disclosed before checkout.

Order Windows and Deadlines. Each pickup location and home-delivery route runs on a fixed ordering window. Ordering for any given pickup or delivery closes the day before that pickup or delivery is scheduled to occur so that we can pack orders the afternoon before delivery. Late orders may be accommodated at our sole discretion when inventory allows. The current ordering window for your location is shown on the Site at the time you order.

Payment. We accept payment by credit and debit card and other electronic payment methods made available on the Site. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. Card data is transmitted directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection; we do not store full card numbers or security codes on our servers (see our Privacy Policy for the full payment-data handling description).

Taxes. Where required, applicable sales tax is added at checkout and remitted by us to the relevant taxing authority.

5. ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, MISSED PICKUPS, AND REFUNDS
------------------------------------------------------------

Order changes. You may modify or cancel an order at any time before the ordering deadline for your pickup or delivery (typically the day before pickup or delivery, as displayed on the Site for your location). After the ordering deadline closes, the order is locked for packing and we cannot reliably accept changes.

Missed pickups. If you do not pick up your order during your scheduled window and do not contact us to make alternate arrangements before the close of that pickup day, the order is considered canceled and no refund is owed. The pickup-location host may use, donate, or otherwise re-allocate the items. Repeated missed pickups may result in restrictions on future ordering.

Home-delivery exceptions. If our driver is unable to complete delivery to your address (for example, no safe location to leave the order, repeated refusal at the door, or an inaccessible drive), we will make a reasonable effort to contact you. If we cannot resolve the delivery on the same route, the order is considered canceled with no refund owed.

Returns and refunds. Because our Products are perishable foods raised, harvested, and packed for individual customers, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, spoiled in transit, or otherwise materially unsatisfactory, contact us at ginger@pasturedlife.com within forty-eight (48) hours of pickup or delivery and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue through replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Force majeure. Hurricanes, severe weather, livestock disease, processor disruption, infrastructure failure, regulatory action, and similar events outside our reasonable control may delay, change, or cancel scheduled pickups, deliveries, or harvests. In those cases we will notify affected customers as quickly as we are able and work to reschedule or refund affected orders.

6. FOOD SAFETY, STORAGE, AND DISCLAIMERS
----------------------------------------

Handling and Storage. We deliver our Products frozen, refrigerated, or otherwise temperature-controlled according to the requirements of each item. Storage and handling instructions are provided at pickup, on packaging, on the Site, or by direct communication. You are responsible for proper transport, refrigeration, freezing, thawing, cooking, and consumption of all Products after they leave our hands.

No Medical or Dietary Advice. The information on our Site, in our newsletters, in our SMS messages, and in our other communications is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, veterinary, or other professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional before relying on any such information for your own health, your family's health, or your livestock's health.

Product Availability and Substitution. Our inventory varies by season, weather, harvest cycle, and processing capacity. We may substitute a comparable item, offer a refund, or issue a store credit when an ordered item is unavailable. When possible we notify you before substitution.

No Warranty. The Site, the Services, and the Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Except as expressly required by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of dealing.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION

Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge and assume the risks associated with the consumption of raw, frozen, fresh, or otherwise minimally processed pasture-raised meats, poultry, eggs, and dairy. Improper handling, inadequate cooking, or unsafe storage can result in foodborne illness. You agree to follow all storage, thawing, and cooking instructions and to use sound food-safety judgment.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pastured Life Farm, LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Services, or the Products. In any event our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Services, or the Products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the order or Service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pastured Life Farm, LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, the Services, or the Products, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

8. NEWSLETTER, EMAIL, AND SMS COMMUNICATIONS

Email newsletter. When you create an account or sign up for our newsletter, you consent to receive email communications from us regarding our products, services, pickup and delivery schedules, farm updates, and seasonal news. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting ginger@pasturedlife.com.

SMS / Text messages. By providing your mobile number and opting in (through the SMS consent checkbox on our website, during account creation, during checkout, or by texting the keyword JOIN to our number), you consent to receive recurring text messages from Pastured Life Farm at the number you provide. Message types may include order and pickup reminders, pickup-location updates and time changes, order-ready notifications, replies to customer inquiries, and restock alerts for items you have purchased or saved. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all Pastured Life Farm SMS messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at ginger@pasturedlife.com or 904-891-9277.

Mobile information (including your phone number) collected for the SMS program is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the SMS program (for example, our messaging carrier) and only as required to operate, secure, and support the program. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling description.

Operational communications. Whether or not you have opted in to marketing emails or SMS, we may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding the status of an order, a delivery exception, a payment issue, or a similar operational matter associated with your account.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA
-------------------

Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at pasturedlife.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review it before using the Services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
-------------------------

The Site, including its design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos, recipes, blog posts, the Pastured Life Farm name and logo, and the collection and arrangement of all content (collectively, the "Site Content"), is owned by Pastured Life Farm, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site Content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with placing orders and engaging with our Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site Content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Photographs of our farm, animals, family, and Products are not to be used for commercial purposes by third parties without our prior written consent.

11. USER CONTENT
----------------

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, recipes, or other content to the Site or to any of our communication channels ("User Content"), you grant Pastured Life Farm, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that the User Content does not infringe any third-party right or violate any law.

We may, at our sole discretion, remove or refuse to publish any User Content for any reason.

12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
----------------------

You agree not to use the Site or the Services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive automated traffic.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation in connection with the Services.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Site integrates with or links to third-party services, including our payment processor, our e-commerce platform, our email and SMS service providers, our shipping or logistics partners (where applicable), and our marketing partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

14. PASTURED FARM CONSULTING AND FARMER RESOURCES
-------------------------------------------------

The consulting and educational offerings at pasturedlife.com/pastured-farm-consulting and pasturedlife.com/farmer-resources are provided for informational and educational purposes. Information shared through these channels reflects our own farm's experience and is not a guarantee of the same result on your operation, your land, or with your livestock. Any consulting engagement is subject to a separate engagement agreement and is not governed by Section 4 (Orders, Pricing, and Payment) above.

15. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND E-SIGN CONSENT

You consent to receive communications from us in electronic form, including by email, SMS, and posting to the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
----------------------------------------

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, the Services, or the Products are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at ginger@pasturedlife.com and give us a reasonable opportunity (at least thirty (30) days from receipt of your written notice) to resolve the issue informally.

Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Services, or the Products shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its applicable consumer rules. The arbitration shall take place in Florida, or in another location agreed by the parties or required by applicable law.

No Class Actions. You and Pastured Life Farm, LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

Carve-Outs. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or security.

Forum Selection (Fallback). If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

17. TERMINATION
---------------

We may suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may close your account at any time by contacting ginger@pasturedlife.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6 through 18) will survive.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
--------------------------

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, provide additional notice (for example, by email or by a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
-------------------------

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order, consulting engagement, or other written agreement between you and us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pastured Life Farm, LLC regarding the Site and the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

Notices. Notices to us must be sent to ginger@pasturedlife.com or to 6944 210th Place, O'Brien, FL 32071. Notices to you will be sent to the email address or mailing address you have provided in your account, or by posting to the Site.
