Turkey - Half

Our seasonal Thanksgiving turkeys are raised and harvested here on our North Florida farm.

The half turkey is a NEW addition to our lineup of pastured turkey products. Often times folks are looking for a small turkey be it for an offseason meal or small gatherings. We have always found our larger and older turkeys bring more flavor and fat to the occasion whereas small turkeys while extremely delicious, can be leaner. We feel like the half turkey which is normally cut from our Jumbo-sized turkeys brings the flavor of the big bird but, of course, meets the portion needs of a smaller turkey.
