Pork - Smoked Jowl Bacon

Jowl bacon, is bacon you ONLY get on a fully finished pig with the right genetics, sometimes called cheek-bacon, hog-jaw, and fat-man baron. We normally finish our Berkshires to 350lbs or greater which gives us a wonderful piece of jowl meat that is well marbled like pork belly and makes a special kind of bacon. Each package includes an average of a 8 oz portion.
