NEW!
The Musgrave family has been milking cows in Florida since the 1950s, and more specifically, their eldest son has raised and milked cows in North Florida since 2004.
The herd is comprised of Holsteins, Jersey, and crosses and is approximately 50% A2,with a goal to be 100% A2 soon!
For the majority of the year, the cows are 100% grass-fed. However, during the cooler months, when grasses grow more slowly and have less nutrition available, the cows are supplemented with organic alfalfa hay and a very small amount of non-GMO corn. The amount of corn comprises less than 0.25% of their daily weight or approximately 2# per day. With their cow's average weight over 1,000 lbs, this is a minimal amount for their size, but modern dairy cows like Holsteins have different energy and caloric needs than the much smaller-sized Jerseys.
Grass fed / Forage based nutrient dense raw milk.
Not intended for human consumption.
