Our Jersey girls produce the creamiest, sweetest milk.
After a short break to rest and build their stores for the arrival of their calves, our ladies are back in lactation! NOTE: Please expect daily fluctuations in the cream line.
As always, our cows are grain-free, A2 verified, and annually disease tested. (Johnnes, BLV, BVD and Neospora). In addition, we also test our milk quarterly for SCC, Protein, lactose, and butterfat.
