Thanks so much for your interest in our A2 Grass-Fed Raw Dairy!

IMPORTANT: In accordance with Florida Law, raw dairy products are NOT sold for human consumption and are intended solely for use in livestock and pets.

As a small farm, we have a small herd of Jersey cows that we have bred for A2 status, health, and longevity for the past 15 years. This herd was originally only intended for our family's needs, but over the years, as the herd has grown, we have been able to offer more dairy options as surplus allows to our supporters (for their animals).

Today, dairy remains a small part of our operation, with most of our production focused on raising pastured proteins for humans. (i.e. Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Eggs, and Pork)

Simply put, our farm can not survive on dairy products alone.

Due to the imbalance in production, we are forced to fulfill orders based on order size (Other farm products such as meat and eggs) and tenure. Milk-only orders are the first to be omitted if production levels are low or demand outstrips our supply. During our lowest production months (Winter—early Spring), milk-only orders will not be accepted, with order minimums automatically applied.

The most reliable way to receive our dairy products is to order various products from our farm in addition to your dairy needs. The most important byproduct of our egg and meat production is the resulting fertility that grows the grasses and annuals in our fields that nourish our beef and dairy cows. Without that fertility, we wouldn't have the quality and production we have now.

Due to our dairy management, we have optimized our production for quality, NOT quantity. For sustainability purposes, our herd will only grow with our ability to pasture more animals. Since animal health, nutrient density, and quality are our primary goals, we have no intention of pushing for higher yields since that only compromises the quality.

ORDERING: If you are attempting to order dairy products that are sold out or out of stock, please proceed with your order as usual and utilize the order comments/notes section on the checkout page to enter your requests there.

STORAGE: If our milk is kept cold, it lasts for long periods in the refrigerator (up to 4 weeks). Ideally, it should be stored closer to 35 degrees for longevity. Variables that cause milk to sour prematurely is almost always related to temperature. Culprits can range from a warm refrigerator at 40-45+ degrees, its journey home after picking up your order, contamination after use, or sitting on the counter too long when using at your home.
